SLD-RFT wireless temperature measurement system applied in chemical kiln cement kiln industry

Chemical kiln and cement kiln are currently using slip ring temperature measurement for temperature measurement. Due to the deformation of the slip ring after operation, there are often disconnections, signal interruptions, etc., and the temperature of the rotary kiln cannot be monitored in real time. SLD-RFT rotary kiln wireless temperature measurement system solves the temperature signal interruption problem, and has 4~20mA standard current signal output and relay contact alarm output on the display, which is convenient for connection with PLC and DCS systems.
SLD-RFT series rotary kiln wireless temperature measurement system is a wireless temperature measurement system specially designed for rotary kiln, rotary kiln and other occasions. It can sample temperature of thermocouples and thermal resistances of various grades, and wirelessly transmit them to the display. The instrument and the host computer not only display the real-time temperature at the same time, each road also has dual alarm monitoring, 4-20mA transmission and communication functions.
The transmitting end adopts a metal sealed case, which is characterized by waterproof, dustproof and electromagnetic interference. It is applicable to a variety of special measurement and control occasions such as inconvenient wiring such as moisture and dust, or failure to provide power on the spot.
